We’re looking for Graduate Data Engineers to join our October 2025 Graduate Programme, giving you hands-on experience in a FTSE 100 listed software company.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be involved in
As a Graduate Data Engineer, you’ll be part of a collaborative and innovative community. You’ll work on real-world projects that involve:
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines
- Working with cloud platforms and big data technologies
- Supporting data integration, transformation, and quality initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Analysts, and Software Engineers
Throughout the 2-year Graduate Programme, you’ll be supported with structured learning, mentoring, and opportunities to grow your skills in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
What are we looking for?
We’re open to graduates from a range of disciplines, but this role is ideal for those with a background in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. You’ll have some experience or exposure to:

- A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve.
- You’ll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
- As part of a global business, you’ll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world.
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems and DevOps principles
- An interest in cloud, security, networking, and system architecture
These roles are based in our Newcastle offices, and you’ll be in the office at least 3 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.

- If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre.
