Your future role
Follow the structured 2-year Graduate Development Programme, targeting IET competencies with the aim to achieve Chartered or Incorporated status as an Electrical Systems Engineer.
Graduates will undertake placements in various departments in order to get a good understanding of the wider business and operations, helping to develop personal reputation as well as providing a rewarding work experience. The placements are developed with the Graduate Engineer, the Line Manager and the Mentor.
