About The Opportunity

A Graduate role at Ramboll gives you the flexibility and opportunity to develop into an all-rounder. You will gain valuable experience working on a broad range of projects such across highways, energy, marine and more. Previous education will be an important foundation, but your ability to learn new engineering concepts and pick up new technology quickly and effectively will define your success. We are hiring for Graduate roles in the following areas in Southampton:

• Ground Engineering – delivering foundation, retaining and ground improvement solutions that ensure stability, safety efficiency in all ground conditions

We believe your starting point for this role is:

• A Bachelors or Masters level degree in a relevant engineering discipline (General Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering. For Marine, you MUST be studying a relevant Marine related degree)
• Ability to summarise and present information via different channels (e.g. report writing, Power Point, hand sketching)
• An understanding of Digital Automation

What do you believe were the key factors for success? This could be a university project or something you have worked on in your own time or in employment. (max. 200 words)

Question 3: What drives your interest in the chosen area of application (Marine, Ground Eng. or Roads & Highways). (max. 150 words)

Selection Process:

We aim to respond to your application shortly after the deadline by the latest. There are three steps to our selection process. You will advance onto the next step if you are successfully shortlisted.
