🚀 We’re Hiring: Graduate Engineer (Engineering Instructor – Term-Time Only)

Carbon60 is recruiting a Graduate Engineer to join a leading engineering training provider based in Gosport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineering graduate to step into a rewarding training and instruction role — with full training provided and no prior teaching experience required.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Deliver classroom instruction to groups of up to 24 trainees in electronic engineering, electrical machine principles (Level 4/5), and basic electronics & maths (Level 2/3)

• Lead practical sessions and support trainee learning

• Invigilate assessments and maintain training materials

• Work closely with the training design team to ensure high-quality course delivery

🎓 What You’ll Need

• Foundation Degree in Electronic, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (essential)

• Previous engineering experience (desirable)

• Ability to communicate clearly and support learner development

🕒 Working Pattern

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• Term-time only (45 weeks per year)

• Non-working weeks at Christmas, Easter & August
