Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.
With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.
Well, what about the team?
The Insights team is an integral and fast expanding and global department within Bally’s interactive. Working in a globally facing role across multiple areas of the business, you will support decision making by using data to provide actionable recommendations, empowering key stakeholders to make better decisions and drive business performance.
This role will be primarily focused around supporting our senior leadership team with data driven analysis & recommendations. The Insights team is a fast-expanding area of the business and provides opportunity for the successful Graduate Insight Analyst to instigate real changes and progress within their career.
In this role will use a variety of tools and implement varying analytical techniques, providing the business with actionable insights that will drive growth. Knowledge of Excel, SQL and an interest in (or background in) financial studies would be beneficial.
So, what will you be doing?
- Pro-actively analysing data from multiple sources to keep track of current business performance and health.
- Maintaining & optimising ongoing business forecasts & assist with quarterly budget planning.
- Thinking creatively to build new business KPIs & visualise data in different ways using a variety of analytical tools & techniques.
- Creating models involving scenario & sensitivity analyses to assist senior stakeholders answer key business questions.
- Conducting market research, such as consumer spending and economic trends to feed into the forecasting models & business strategy.
- Providing ongoing support to our senior leaders to assist making key business decisions.
- Identifying business improvement opportunities and efficiencies.
- Maintain continuous and open communications with your manager and team regarding workload and projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the wider Insight team, to enable understanding of how the business and industry works.
- Keep up to date with industry movements & trends.

- Independent, with an ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to see the ‘big picture’ and provide quantitative & quantitative analysis to complex business problems.
- Adaptable and flexible with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate confidently and coherently to senior stakeholders.
- Firm believer in teamwork & collaboration.
- Experience in financial modelling/forecasting would be beneficial for this role.
- Prior industry knowledge or personal interest would be an asset.
