Role Overview
The Graduate Management Trainee programme is designed to provide hands-on training and real exposure to the core elements of marketing and business management. From campaign delivery to team leadership, you will gain a well-rounded understanding of how successful marketing strategies are developed and executed. Working alongside experienced managers, you will be supported as you build commercial awareness, leadership capability, and strategic insight within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the delivery of offline marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and target audiences
•Support the planning and execution of promotional events, including preparation, coordination, and on-the-day involvement
•Carry out market and competitor research to help identify trends and new opportunities
• Track campaign outcomes and contribute to performance reviews to improve future activity •Take part in structured training, coaching sessions, and ongoing development initiatives to build management and leadership skills
Candidate Requirements
• A genuine interest in marketing and business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence working in team-based environments
•A logical and analytical approach with the ability to turn information into practical solutions
•Self-driven, enthusiastic, and open to learning new skills
• Good organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Any previous experience in marketing, sales, events, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential
