About the Role
Are you a graduate looking to launch a purposeful and rewarding career? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and driven Graduate Operational Lead to join our team.
In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support and lead team members, and help deliver an excellent experience for both staff and customers.

What You’ll Do
· Lead and support team members during shifts, offering guidance and motivation
· Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes
· Communicate clearly with staff to delegate tasks and manage expectations
· Monitor and analyse team performance to identify improvements
· Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
· Train new team members in operational procedures and company standards
· Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
· Encourage open communication and collaboration within your team
· Work closely with other departments to improve operational efficiency
· Build and manage relationships with commercial (B2B) clients
· Take ownership of your role with the opportunity to shadow senior staff and contribute to business decisions
What We’re Looking For

Requirements
· A 2:2 degree (or higher) in any discipline, or expected to achieve this
· A valid UK driving licence by the start date
· Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Operational awareness and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
· A keen interest in our industry and a willingness to learn
· Accountability, initiative, and a strong work ethic
