What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Proposals Engineer, you’ll support the creation of tailored EPC proposals while learning the fundamentals of technical sales and project development. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to build your knowledge and contribute meaningfully.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the review of customer enquiries and RFQs
  • Supporting the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
  • Attending internal meetings and shadowing client discussions
  • Helping coordinate supplier quotations and documentation
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Commercial, and Projects teams to understand scope and risks
  • Learning to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
  • Maintaining proposal records and supporting handovers to delivery teams
  • Adhering to Clarke Energy’s quality and safety standards


What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Strong interest in sustainable energy and engineering solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

  • Internship or placement experience in an engineering or technical environment
  • Familiarity with energy systems such as gas engines, BESS, hydrogen, or peaking plants
