Purpose of Role:
The Graduate Quality Assurance Engineer will support the Quality Department in ensuring products, processes, and supplier activities fully comply with AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The role includes responsibility for reviewing and amending engineering drawings, maintaining controlled documents such as operation sheets and Bills of Material (BOM), conducting inspections, performing root cause analyses, supporting supplier quality management, and assisting with the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
The role is designed for a graduate or junior engineer with 0–4 years’ experience, with clear opportunities for development and progression within the Quality function.

Education, Qualifications & Skills Criteria Requirement
Minimum BSc in an Engineering discipline (Electrical preferred). MSc/MEng advantageous.
Graduate level or junior engineer with 0-4 years’ experience in a quality/manufacturing role.
Proficiency in Autodesk CAD software (mandatory).
Awareness of AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001, and customer-specific quality requirements.
Basic understanding of tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone.
Strong attention to detail; accurate documentation skills; effective communicator; team player.
