What to Expect:

From your first day, you’ll be embedded in live projects, supporting our commercial teams on real work that matters. You’ll get hands-on experience in procurement, cost management, and contract administration—while collaborating with site teams and subcontractors. This is your opportunity to build vital skills, grow your industry network, and play a key role in delivering high-profile projects.

Your Journey Includes:

• Structured 2-Year Programme with live project experience every day.

Your Goal:

To complete the programme and fast-track your career towards Assistant/Quantity Surveyor status, positioning yourself as a key commercial professional in the construction industry.

What You Need:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• Ambition, curiosity, and a sharp eye for detail.
• A drive to succeed, a willingness to ask questions, and the confidence to embrace new ideas.

The Application Process:

Your journey starts with a video call screening, followed by an assessment day of group activities and challenges for selected candidates, with successful applicants securing a place on our 2026 Graduate Programme!

Start Dates:

• July 2026 – for graduates eager to kick off their career straight away.
• September 2026– for those who’d like a well-earned summer break before getting started.
