Get involved in real projects—measuring, evaluating, coordinating payments, attending site meetings, and working closely with our on-site teams. Your Journey Includes:
- Structured 2-Year Development Programme with daily on-the-job learning across exciting live projects
- Quarterly Functional Placements to explore different areas of the business

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
- Experience: Prior site experience is a plus but by no means a pre-requisite!
