The Opportunity: Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant at Optimus Search, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of the industries we serve. You’ll combine a consultative approach with deep market insight to identify, engage, and place top-tier professionals—delivering value to clients and advancing your own career in the process.

Your Responsibilities

• Build Client Relationships – Proactively connect with companies, understand their talent needs, and provide customized hiring solutions.
• Identify Top Talent – Source and engage mid-to-senior professionals aligned with client requirements. Develop meaningful candidate relationships by aligning opportunities with individual career aspirations.
• Own the Recruitment Process – Manage end-to-end hiring: from interviews to offer negotiation, ensuring a streamlined experience for both candidates and clients.
