Job Description
As a Graduate Sales Excellence- Adoption Analyst you will join our Global Sales Excellence and Execution Team and help shape the future of how we sell at sage. As a Graduate Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming sales processes using innovative design, data-driven insights, and AI-powered tools.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work across process design, data analysis, and creative problem-solving to make the sales experience smoother and smarter across our global teams.
You’ll be fully supported and trained to master a suite of tools and methodologies that drive sales success, all while being part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
In addition to the Sage Ignite Graduate Learning Programme, you’ll gain real-world experience, grow your strategic thinking, and build the foundations for a career in sales operations, transformation, or business strategy.
Process Design & Documentation
- Champion the design and documentation of future-ready processes that drive operational excellence.
- Capture real-world workflows through insightful follow-ups to Sales Excellence in-person interviews, turning conversations into actionable process maps.
- Bring processes to life with detailed, process maps using BlueWorks Live.
Data Analysis & Auditing
- Harness AI to uncover insights from process maps—spot patterns, align strategies, and recommend smarter ways of working.
- Lead monthly deep dives into Salesforce data, using AI to audit and elevate data integrity.
- Shape the future of reporting by co-creating and testing intuitive Salesforce Dashboards.
AI Integration & Innovation
- Be at the forefront of AI transformation—embed intelligent automation and behavioural insights into the sales journey.
- Collaborate on bold, creative solutions that enhance user experience and accelerate AI tools adoption across the business.
And in case the above wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, you will gain proficiency in key platforms including (but not limited to) Salesforce, BlueWorks Live, Microsoft Teams, Copilot 365, and Chorus.
What are we looking for?
You’ll need to be a recent graduate, ideally with analytics focus, but could be from Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Science Engineering, or Marketing or a related field. We’re open to different backgrounds, but the following skills will help you thrive,
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to demonstrate strong initiative and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong organization and planning skills
- A keen interest in AI, process innovation, and driving digital transformation.
- A creative mindset with a passion for simplifying complexity
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
This role is based at our Newcastle office and follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week spent in the office.
