What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Graduate Sales Executive within our r2c Online division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Maintenance line of business and is located in our Sheffield office.
In this role, you will be working within a high performing team, as a Sales Executive, on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be key in growing r2cs commercial presence by bringing in new business partners and by successfully prospecting, selling and on-boarding new clients.
How We Work
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will be based from our Sheffield office (near Meadowhall), 5 days per week
Our business operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5.00pm.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the r2c Online platform and generate product demonstration bookings.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of the r2c Online platform.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ideally you will have experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
