About The Role
As a Graduate Transport Modeller, you’ll be part of our expanding transport modelling team, helping develop a wider range of transport models across the UK & beyond, driving technical innovation and delivery, working across strategic, mesoscopic and microsimulation projects. You will also work on exciting projects across a wide range of transport modes including —bus, rail, road, cycling and active travel.
Our team supports clients in local government, national agencies and the private sector, delivering the transport modelling evidence basis that underpins transport strategies, development planning, business cases and infrastructure investment.
You’ll work on exciting infrastructure and planning projects across all modes of transport—bus, rail, road, cycling, and active travel—supporting private and public sector clients with strategies, appraisals, and business cases.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the UK and globally, using tools like VISUM, VISSIM, SATURN, OpenPaths CUBE, GIS, Python, Power BI and AI to develop, apply, analyse and visualise transport model data, delivering tailored, data-driven insights.

About You
