Granicus Developer

Allen Lane are delighted to be supporting the London Borough of Hounslow in their search for a Granicus govService Developer on a Fixed term contract. This is a key role to support the Borough’s large Transforming Community Experience (TCE) Programme. You’ll be focused specifically on the Granicus govService platform building front-end forms and back-end processes. Please note that whilst the role is predominantly remote it will require on average 1 day per month on site for key project meetings.

The role

As a Granicus govService Developer, you will:

• Assist the team in the development of integrations between govService and back-office systems such as Civica APP, NEC Housing and Bartec
• Provide expertise around govService development within the wider team
• Ensure quality solutions are developed and well documented
• Work closely with the TCE project team to deliver quality outcomes
• Test, maintain and upgrade existing functionality ensuring it is fit for purpose

Key skills required

As a Granicus govService Developer, you will have:

• Previous experience developing forms, processes and integrations using govService
• The ability to develop/work to current web accessibility standards (GDS)
• Wider front end development experience using technology such as: HTML/CSS/JS/JQuery
• Experience in database design and analysis in an MS SQL environment
• Knowledge of working with 3rd party API to build integrations with govService
