We're looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead our design function and shape the way our brand is seen and experienced across the legal sector. This is an opportunity to combine creativity with strategic thinking, driving visual storytelling that captures attention, engages clients and sets us apart in a competitive market.
As the Graphic Design Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a consistent and impactful visual identity while creating space for innovation and fresh ideas that push the brand forward.
About The Role
Come and take ownership of our creative output, developing and executing design strategies that support the business and its objectives. You'll lead the production of high-quality assets across print, digital, and video, ensuring everything aligns with brand guidelines while continuing to evolve our visual identity. From brochures, reports and infographics to social media content, animations and campaign materials, you'll oversee design projects from concept through to delivery.
You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across communications, digital, events, and practice teams to create cohesive campaigns that have a strong message and clear call to action. You'll manage brand guidelines and recommend how the brand should evolve, always looking for ways to maximise engagement and client response.
You'll encourage creativity, innovation and collaboration, helping the team become a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business. At the same time, you'll be comfortable balancing creative excellence with practical constraints, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time in a fast-paced environment.
About You
You're an experienced design professional with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative range and impact across multiple channels. You've worked as an in-house designer managing projects for a range of audiences, and you'll bring proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and inspire others to perform at their best.
You're confident using a variety of design tools, including InDesign and other key packages, and ideally have experience with Canva, video editing and animation. You'll combine a strategic mindset with an eye for detail, understanding how design can serve business objectives while delivering work that is consistent, polished and engaging.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent organisational and project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects at once, and the confidence to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm. Most importantly, you'll be a collaborative, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing creativity with clear, measurable outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and bring our brand to life in ways that inspire, engage and differentiate us in the market.
