THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer II who loves collaborating with teammates to create brand experiences that will delight our prospects and customers. Highly creative, you design across a variety of mediums such as digital, campaigns, events, presentations, and interactive experiences. Seeking to constantly innovate and push the bar, you are passionate about creating thoughtful design assets which build strong brand awareness and drive acquisition.
The Brand + Creative function, within the Marketing team is led by the Senior Director, Digital & Content. We are responsible for the brand, creative, and copy output for the company. You will be working alongside a smart, supportive, and empathetic group of people who understands the goals and their challenges with a focus on getting things done.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
Design Execution & Production:
- Design and produce a wide range of visual assets for digital platforms, including the website, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and advertising (e.g., icons, illustrations, banners).
- Create marketing and sales collateral, such as presentations, case studies, and event materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual representations (e.g., infographics, product visualizations).
- Develop visual elements for video content (e.g., motion graphics, title cards, thumbnails) in partnership with the broader creative team
- Prepare design files for various outputs, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met for both digital and print.
Brand Guardianship & Consistency:
- Strictly adhere to and help maintain the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
- Contribute to the evolution of design systems and style guides, documenting new elements and best practices.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales to understand project requirements and deliver on design objectives.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating designs as needed.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions and insights.
- Present work and get buy-in with leadership
- Give and receive design feedback with peers and crossfunctional partners to align on the vision and goals of our designs and experiences
- Bring the latest industry trends, new ideas, inspiration, and creativity to all areas of our work
- Manage creative output from contract designers and outside agencies
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE :
- 5+ years working as a designer in a creative agency and in-house
- Degree in design or related field
- Strong communicator and presentation skills, and a people person
- Expertise in creative suite applications like Figma and other relevant software
- Design systems thinker and attention to detail are a must
- Experience managing large projects; ability to design according to business and technical requirements and comfort with ambiguity and changes in direction
- Portfolio of beautiful, compelling marketing and brand-oriented work that speaks to customer needs
- Experience working on a range of digital projects including email templates, animated gifs, ads, and webinar graphics
- Experience with content and event design
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment
