Job Title: Graphic Designer (FTC - 24 Months)

Starting salary: £25,500 - £36,000 per annum

About The Role
As a Graphic Designer at IOSH, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life across print, digital, exhibition, and social media platforms. From concept to delivery, you'll create visually striking and original content that resonates with our audiences and reinforces our brand identity.
You'll use your extensive knowledge of design principles and production processes to quality-control externally produced materials, ensuring every output meets our high standards. Working within IOSH's established visual identity and brand guidelines, you'll develop a wide range of creative assets, from promotional materials and social media graphics to videos, animations, and photography.
In this fast-paced role, you'll manage multiple projects with precision, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, contributing to Brand team meetings and supporting the expansion of our brand based on stakeholder feedback and research.
Your enthusiasm and drive will be key in identifying opportunities to increase brand reach and recognition. You'll think creatively to challenge briefs and propose innovative concepts, while proactively suggesting new design trends and efficient ways of working.

Essential Criteria
- Degree in graphic design/creative equivalent or relevant/equivalent demonstrable experience in a creative environment
- Proven experience of working in a graphic studio/agency or creative environment
- Working across a wide range of design activities in a variety of sectors
- Proven experience in photography, videography, animation and editing
- Good knowledge and understanding of publishing and graphics software
