Our client, a leading family run business within their industry, is seeking a talented and creative
Graphic Designer to join their marketing team at their headquarters based in
Alton, Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where visual storytelling plays a vital role in brand identity and market engagement.
Please note- this is part time, 5 days per week in the office, for 4 hours per day
The Role
As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and delivering creative, high-quality visual content across both digital and print media. You'll bring ideas to life that align with business objectives, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider marketing team. From concept through to final execution, your designs will support internal communications, client-facing material, and promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of assets across web, print, and digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal
- Support campaign planning by creating marketing collateral including web pages, presentations, signage, newsletters, and more
- Translate strategic briefs into creative concepts and designs within brand guidelines
- Manage multiple design projects and timelines simultaneously
- Maintain and update internal databases of design assets, photos, and video content
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a graphic design role
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc.)
- Proven experience creating design work for both print and digital channels
- Strong communication skills - able to interpret briefs clearly and present ideas effectively
- Organised, deadline-driven, and able to work under pressure on multiple projects
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Desirable But Not Essential
- Experience working in a marketing or creative agency environment
- Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design, Art, or related field
- Photography skills and photo-editing experience

- Salary- £32,000- £35,000 Pro Rata
