As a Childrens Play and Healthcare Worker, youll join our vibrant internal care team, supporting children and young people aged 019 with a variety of health and developmental needs, in their own homes and communities. Youll be there toplay,engage, andcare not just provide personal support. We are in families homes for a minimum of two hours per visit, and during that time, we dont just tick off tasks, we create joy, promote development, and build lasting memories for children who may have limited time. This role isnt about ticking care plans its aboutcreating moments that matter.
