Group B2B Marketing & Communications Executive

North of England-based Perch Group, one of the UK’s fastest growing and most dynamic credit management companies, is looking for an ambitious, switched-on, highly engaged B2B marketeer, preferably with experience in the financial services sector. The new role offers the opportunity to shape a marketing strategy and function from the ground up with the support of an industry-leading business development team.

You will need to be able to spot a story and be adept at producing professionally written content tailored to our unique tone of voice, utilising channels like LinkedIn and email marketing to get our key messages out our lender and other creditor clients. You’ll have a track record of amplifying content to niche B2B audiences – and you won’t be afraid of hard work, which is well rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services across the Group.
• Create and manage content for digital and print marketing materials, including social media (predominantly LinkedIn), website, newsletters, brochures, and advertisements (with the support of a professional designer where required).
• Maximise opportunities for and optimum reach of trade media coverage.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage and oversee the company's social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with followers.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, hospitality and promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
• Manage CRM tool (Monday) and ensure contact data is updated as required

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, English or other related qualification.
• At least three years professional B2B marketing experience, including communications/content development.
• Basic knowledge/understanding of the Financial Services industry and the debt purchase/recovery business model, preferably with some direct sector experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing software, design tools like Canva, and relevant AI tools.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas for campaigns and content.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
