About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Group Communications Executive to join our small, dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or digital content. You may have a degree in an unrelated field, what matters most is your passion for communications, creativity, and eagerness to learn.
In this role you will gain hands-on experience across internal and external communications, social media, web and content management, and analytics. You will benefit from exposure to a global communications environment, working on a wide variety of projects with real impact. It is also a great opportunity to contribute your ideas and help shape content that reflects and strengthens our brand and values
This a Hybrid role with 1-2 days per week in our Central London Office.
What you will do:
As our Group Communications Executive, you will provide essential support across internal and external communications, ensuring our messages engage, inform, and inspire.
- Create and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content for our social media channels
- Update and maintain content across our corporate website and new internal platform, ensuring a user-friendly and impactful experience.
- Support the planning and delivery of internal communications campaigns that connect our global teams.
- Use analytics tools to monitor engagement, measure success, and propose improvements
- Collaborate with colleagues across the world, adapting communications with cultural understanding and sensitivity
- Assist with general administrative tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

Who we are looking for:
- A degree in any subject, with demonstrable experience in communications, social media, or content creation OR 1-2 years experience in a related role.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
- The ability to craft compelling narratives across digital platforms
- Strong analytical skills – able to interpret data, understand user journeys, and evaluate content performance
- A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with ease.
- Good cultural awareness and communication skills suited to a global organisation
