Hourly Rate of £12.39 per hour

What will I be doing?
- Responsible for the accurate posting of Groups and Events revenue
- Supporting the GCE Team with customer signage, menu's and table plans
- Supporting GCE team with all administrative tasks
- Complete the hotels daily brief sheet information needed for the hotel that day
- Deal will billing queries / payment of events and invoicing
- Input rooming lists update payment instructions and enter important information relevant to the group
- Daily reservations checks, making sure guests special requests are actioned.
- Planning and Communication of internal Events.
- Planning and Support for hotel site inspections and customer familiarisation trips for both the GC&E and Sales Team.
- Liaising with Hilton's offsite finance teams for Commission Invoice payments
- Responsible for the departments procurement process' including office equipment and stationary
- Supporting the GCE Manager and Commercial Director administratively where required

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience working within an office environment
- Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
