We are seeking a Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager to lead our consolidation and financial reporting processes as we continue to scale. This is a pivotal role within the finance team, responsible for delivering accurate and timely Group-level financial information, while supporting strategic initiatives and driving best-in-class reporting standards. This position is ideal for a technically strong finance professional with hands-on consolidation experience in a fast-paced, multi-currency environment. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our finance function, enhancing our reporting processes, controls, and governance structures.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading monthly consolidation processes, including eliminations, FX adjustments, inter-company reconciliations and treatment of complex transactions like share-based payments and acquisitions
- Assisting in the review of entity-level submissions and collaborating with regional finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
- Owning the preparation of IFRS-compliant consolidated financial statements and key accounting technical analyses (PPA, impairment, going concern)
- Managing the annual external audit process for the Group, acting as a key point of contact for auditors.
- Leading and mentoring the Group Reporting team
- Driving continuous improvements to close timelines, reporting accuracy, and system use
- Helping to integrate new entities into the Group’s reporting framework as the business continues to expand globally
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in finance or audit
- 2+ years of experience in multi-currency group consolidation
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or international equivalent)
- Solid IFRS technical knowledge and audit prep experience
- Confidence working across multiple time zones, stakeholders, and entities
- Proven people management and development skills
- Analytical mindset with a passion for accuracy and controls
- Strong communicator – able to simplify complexity for non-finance stakeholders
