Group Exercise Manager

BXR is London’s premium fitness destination in both Marylebone and The City of London, blending elite athletic training with luxury wellness experiences. We deliver exceptional group Classes by the industry’s top instructors.

We are now looking for a passionate, highly organised, and dynamic Group Exercise Manager to lead and elevate our group exercise experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the group exercise timetable to ensure class variety and optimal attendance across both sites BXR Marylebone and BXR City

Proactively lead recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of instructors across multiple class disciplines

Ensure consistent communication between instructors, FOH, and wider management teams

Build a strong relationship with the studio manger to deliver Operational excellence.

Monitor class performance and member feedback, adapting offerings based on observation and feedback.

Ensure cover is arranged for cancellations in a timely and professionally.

Maintain brand standards, including class quality, energy, and studios operations.

Deliver exceptional service to our members.

Collaborate with Marketing and Membership teams on promotions and events.

Skills 

We are looking for an experienced manger with:

• A proven record of working in high end environment and delivering exceptional services in luxury fitness environment. 
• Level 2 & level 3 fitness qualification. 
• Proven Experience teaching Group Exercise classes. 
• Communication and member engagement skills and strong ability to build a relationship with members. 
• Highly organised in managing the timetable and ensuring clear communication with instructors and the FOH team in cases of cancellations or when arranging cover.
• Creating invoices and coordinating instructor payroll.
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs through member engagement and efficient timetable management.
