Description

I'm working with an international real estate business on a Group Finance Manager position. The role will support the Head of Group Reporting on delivering year end reporting and monthly management accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the year end reporting for the group and subsidiary accounts, along with being the main point of contact for auditors
Overseeing the Group management accounts process to produce timely information to board and exec in a timely manner.
Assist with any internal reporting to business heads as required.
Partnering with business heads to drive efficiency and effective decision making for the business
Review and prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Support Tax and treasury functions.
Drive process and systems improvements

Skills required:

Qualified Accountant with 2+ years PQE
Strong IFRS and group consolidation experience
Experience within property desirable.
