Group Finance Manager - £80-85k - Tech - C. London (Hybrid)

My client is a Large Listed Technology business that is looking for a high performer to join their Group Finance function in a role with a focus on External Reporting, Technical Accounting (IFRS), Managing the External Audit and System Process Improvement.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who has previously worked in the Big 4 and in industry who is looking to take their technical skills and expertise and put them to work in a listed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key aspects of the annual and quarterly external reporting processes, collaborating closely with the wider Group Finance team and relevant stakeholders.
• Take ownership of complex and judgmental accounting areas including goodwill, going concern assessments, share-based payments, and related party disclosures.
• Prepare and review financial statement disclosures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency with relevant reporting standards.
• Coordinate the preparation and drafting of quarterly results announcements and trading updates.
• Develop, manage, and maintain the timetable for quarterly and annual financial reporting cycles.
• Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, supporting the audit of consolidated group financial statements and internal controls.
• Establish, communicate, and monitor compliance with Group accounting policies across the business.

Salary: £80-85k

Bonus: 10-20%

Location: Central London (3 days a week)
