Interim Group Finance Manager - Listed Business

Stanton House is currently recruiting for an Interim Group Finance Manager to join a Listed Business in South-East England on a 6-month Contract. This contract offers a day rate of £500 - £600 Inside IR35 (depending on experience). This is a hybrid role working a few days in the office and the rest from home.

You will be joining a dynamic Group Finance team during a critical reporting period. We’re seeking a qualified accountant with 3-4 years post-qualification experience to support our half-year close and contribute to a high-performing central finance function.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with half-year group consolidation and reporting
• Prepare statutory financial statements and investor presentations
• Liaise with auditors, internal stakeholders, and divisional finance teams
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls
• Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3–4 years PQE
• Prior experience in a listed company or audit of PLC clients
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial systems
• Proactive communicator and team player, comfortable with tight deadlines
