My client, a rapidly expanding multi-strategy Real Estate Investment House, seek a talented and dynamic qualified accountant for their Group Financial Controller opportunity.

Duties include:

• Financial Control of a sophisticated trading and partnership structure
• Debt finance management
• Treasury
• Company secretarial responsibilities and ad hoc project management
• Commercial management of planning origination and lease negotiation
