Group Financial Controller

Group Financial Controller being hired for a clean energy business based in London.

£90,000 - £110,000 plus benefits

This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of the Group’s financial reporting, planning, and control functions. Responsibilities include managing administrative operations, business planning, accounting, and budgeting activities. This encompasses the preparation of financial statements, business performance reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets, and lender-required documentation. The Group Financial Controller will also play a key leadership role, offering strategic financial guidance across the organisation and establishing robust internal control procedures for functions such as budget management, cash flow, credit oversight, and accounting practices.

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with 10+ years experience
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience scaling international businesses and managing multi-country financial operations.
• A sharp analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to make accurate, high-impact decisions.
• A passion for technology, a love for sustainability, and the leadership skills to coach, mentor, and inspire
