Position Purpose
The Group FP&A Manager plays a critical role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support executive and board-level decision-making at Boldyn Networks. This role is responsible for the consolidation of global financial performance, supporting the annual budgeting process, and driving improvements in financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly consolidation of group management accounts, including P&L and cash flow forecasts.
- Produce insightful executive and shareholder reporting, integrating operational, commercial, and financial data.
- Support the annual budgeting process, consolidating inputs from global markets using Adaptive Planning.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and performance insights, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Partner with market FP&A teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective communication of key financial messages.
- Define, develop, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the group.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on financial results and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and automation of budgeting, planning, and reporting.
- Champion the use of Adaptive Planning and Workday integration to streamline reporting and forecasting.
- Foster a collaborative and values-driven culture across the finance function.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of FP&A experience at business unit or group level, with strong exposure to reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proven experience with FP&A tools, preferably Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Strong understanding of multi-currency financial consolidation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Collaborative and communicative approach to working with global finance teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and enhance reporting accuracy.
