Position Purpose
The Group Head of Internal Communication & Engagement will lead the development and execution of a unified internal communication strategy that fosters pride, purpose, and advocacy across Boldyn Networks. This role will champion storytelling, drive employee engagement, and ensure that Boldyn’s internal brand is as compelling and consistent as its external presence.
Acting as a strategic bridge between Marketing, People, and Leadership teams, the role will ensure Boldyn’s global strategy and business direction are clearly communicated—connecting employees to the company’s purpose, priorities, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and lead a global internal brand and engagement strategy aligned with Boldyn’s business goals.
- Translate the vision of “creating internal evangelists” into impactful campaigns, including the “We Are Boldyn” initiative.
- Partner with Brand and People teams to embed Boldyn’s purpose, values, and DEI commitments into all internal communications.
Internal Communications & Storytelling
- Lead the creation and distribution of multi-channel content (e.g., newsletters, podcasts, videos, intranet, Viva Engage).
- Oversee executive communications, including CEO livestreams, leadership updates, and town halls.
- Ensure consistent, transparent, and timely messaging across all regions and functions.
Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and deliver an annual internal engagement communications calendar supporting onboarding, wellbeing, DEI, performance, recognition, and leadership visibility.
- Drive participation and sentiment in engagement programmes and surveys, targeting improvements in pride, collaboration, and communication.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Facilitate cross-regional workshops, virtual meetups, and senior leadership forums (e.g., Beyond) to promote alignment and innovation.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness and employee experience.
Measurement & Impact
- Track and report on internal engagement KPIs, including Viva Engage participation, survey scores, and content reach.
- Demonstrate the impact of internal engagement on brand strength and business growth.
- Support integration of acquired businesses through tailored internal engagement strategies.
Key Performance Indicators
- Increased internal brand advocacy and engagement
- Improved collaboration and communication scores in engagement surveys
- Successful delivery of global and regional events with positive feedback

Candidate Profile
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- Proven experience leading internal communications and engagement in a global, matrixed organisation
- Expertise in multi-channel strategies, storytelling, and digital communication platforms
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across cultures and geographies
- Experience in change management, employee engagement strategy, and brand alignment
