Group Head of Treasury and Tax - Global Entertainment Providers Business

Stanton House is currently recruiting for a Group Head of Treasury and Tax to join a Global Entertainment Providers Business in Greater London. This global solutions provider delivers innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective technology and services to support venues and businesses of all sizes. This role offers £90,000 per annum plus benefits, as well as flexible working (2-3 days in office and the rest from home).

Responsibilities:

Treasury Management: Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and capital structure optimisation, managing financial risks and intercompany funding.
Banking & Financing: Build strong banking relationships, negotiate financing and credit facilities, and ensure covenant compliance.
Dividends & Cash Repatriation: Develop and execute strategies for dividends and cross-border cash flows in line with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Tax Planning & Compliance: Oversee international tax strategy, transfer pricing, and compliance, coordinating with advisors and tax authorities.
Credit Control & Receivables: Implement credit policies, monitor AR, reduce overdue balances, and manage credit exposure.
Leadership & Strategy: Mentor treasury and tax teams, collaborate with senior leadership, and report on liquidity, risks, and KPIs to the board. Please note there are no direct reports for this role.

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

Qualified Accountant/Tax Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CTP, CTA or ATT)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
10+ years’ progressive experience in treasury, tax, and corporate finance within multinational environments.
Strong background in cross-border liquidity, transfer pricing, and bank financing.
Experience in credit risk management and working capital optimisation is desirable.
Proficiency with ERP and treasury management systems (TMS).

The ideal candidate must have international tax experience. Ideal start date is as soon as possible but the client is happy to wait a notice period for the right person.
