ng:We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our IT operations across six European offices (Derry, Leipzig, Marseille, Stockholm, Oslo and Porto) supporting around 270 employees. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine your strong technical expertise alongside your leadership and people skills to ensure our teams have the tools and support they need to work securely and effective
ly.
You’ll oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage infrastructure, and lead a small team (including outsourced partners) to deliver a reliable, high-quality IT service. From Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security to network upgrades and hardware refreshes, you’ll have responsibility for keeping our systems running smoothly and securely. You’ll also play a key role in compliance, supporting ISO 27001, GDPR, and Cyber Essentials Plus requireme
nts.
