Optimo Care Group is looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking Group IT Manager to lead our IT operations, strengthen our digital infrastructure and guide us through an exciting cloud transformation programme.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will lead and manage our Group-wide IT ecosystem, ensuring our systems run smoothly, securely and efficiently. You’ll oversee our day-to-day IT operations, support colleagues across multiple services, manage outsourced providers and maintain the reliability of our core systems.
A key part of the role will be leading our transition from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, ensuring a smooth migration, strong user adoption and secure cloud architecture.
