Group Leader– Asset Management
Contract type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that project and department requirements are fully communicated to operations staff as directed by MTeQ leader.
- Ensure operating practices within Renfrew Site Operational Areas are performed in accordance with designated safe systems of work including adherence to appropriate controls and procedures.
- Line management of Machining and Technician Supervisors and all Senior Technicians
- Lead the workflow and resources of the Renfrew Operations function of Asset
Management.
- Lead the continued improvement of working practices within the Renfrew Operations site environments.
- Lead the continued improvement of QHSE practices within the Renfrew Operations Site environments.
- Lead the safe implementation of CapEx upgrades and modifications to Operational areas
- Ensure continual adherence to safe systems of work and to prevent any work being
- carried out within Renfrew Operations Site environments which is deemed not in-line with the standards expected.
- Effectively handle all first line disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Apprenticeship with recognised qualification such as SVQ, ONC or City and Guilds in
Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
· Preferred Qualifications
Apprenticeship with an HNC Diploma in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
· Experience
Time Served trade relevant to the position.
