Description

We are currently supporting a well-established international chemical manufacturer in the search for a Group Regulatory Affairs Manager. This is a key hire within the European structure, reporting directly into senior leadership and playing a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance across the company’s chemical product portfolio.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and interpreting EU REACH, UK REACH & CLP regulations

• Translating regulatory changes into practical guidance for R&D and commercial teams

• Advising on raw material compliance and product classification

• Managing product stewardship activities across Europe

• Overseeing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labeling compliance

• Supporting cross-border regulatory alignment (EU & UK)

This is a highly visible role with strong interaction across R&D, operations, and commercial teams.


What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in Regulatory Affairs / Product Stewardship within chemicals

• Hands-on experience with REACH (EU & UK) and CLP

• Knowledge of chemical legislation and compliance frameworks

• Ability to translate legislation into business impact

• Fluent English (additional European language is a plus)

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
