Group Financial Reporting Manager – Multi-Entity PE-Backed Business

The Role

Join a dynamic, fast-growing, PE-backed business as a Group Financial Reporting Manager. This senior role sits at the heart of the Group Finance function, leading statutory reporting, group consolidation, and audit processes across 20+ entities. You will partner with senior stakeholders, providing technical accounting expertise and shaping reporting and governance in a multi-entity, international environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead group statutory reporting and consolidation across 20+ entities.
Manage the external audit process and act as the key auditor contact.
Provide technical accounting guidance, including new standards and complex transactions.
Partner with entity finance leads to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Coach and develop direct reports, with scope to expand the team.
Drive process improvements in reporting, controls, and governance.
Support ad-hoc strategic finance projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

ACA (or equivalent) qualified accountant with 5–10 years PQE.
Strong technical grounding, ideally trained in a Top 10+ audit firm.
Experience in multi-entity/group reporting, ideally PE-backed or complex corporate environment.
Hands-on delivery with high-level stakeholder engagement.
Strong IFRS knowledge and statutory reporting experience.
Excellent organisational, communication, and influencing skills.
