What Youll Be Doing
- Lead & Inspire: Motivate and coach your team to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
- Drive Growth: Support the Group Sales Manager in developing new products and strategic partnerships.
- Build Relationships: Connect with tourism bodies, tour operators, and event venues to expand our reach.
- Manage Operations: Oversee complex bookings, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain CRM integrity.
- Represent & Champion: Promote Avanti at industry events, host VIP bookings, and support inclusive campaigns like Feel-Good Travel Schools.
