Group Tax Manager (LH65122)

Our client, a fast-growing private equity backed FMCG company, is seeking a Group Tax Manager to join their finance team. This role will play a key part in managing cross-border tax matters while working closely with senior stakeholders to support the Group’s ongoing growth and transformation.

Compensation: £90k FTC

Location: London or Dublin

Office days: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review corporate tax compliance across the Group
• Prepare tax disclosures for inclusion in year-end Group financial statements
• Manage tax forecasting and provisioning processes
• Provide tax support on acquisitions, restructurings, and reorganisations
• Monitor legislative developments across multiple jurisdictions
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of transfer pricing policies and documentation
• Manage relationships with external tax advisers, ensuring timely and accurate compliance outputs
• Drive process improvements, mitigate risks, and strengthen compliance frameworks

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Tax Consultant (CTA / ACA / ACCA) with post-qualification experience in UK and international tax
• Background in a Big 4 firm or within an international corporate environment preferred
• Strong expertise in international corporate tax
• Proven technical skills with the ability to navigate complex tax issues
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
