Growth Executive

M+C Saatchi Group are looking for a sharp, driven and detail-obsessed business development & marketing exec to help us amplify our agency story across every channel.

This is a pivotal role, supporting the UK Group Business Development and Marketing team. You'll work closely with our group companies and communities to keep our content alive, our social presence consistent and our marketing activity future-facing. From running our content calendar to supporting on new business pitches, events and tenders (including REIs), this is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about communication, and has an unshakeable commitment to quality and craft. You’ll also play a key part in bringing to life our newly launched Cultural Power proposition – ensuring our content, presence and storytelling reflect our ambition to shape culture and create meaningful connections.

This hybrid role is based in London, reporting into the UK Group CMO, and working daily with a dynamic, cross-functional team.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role is central to how we communicate who we are - both internally and externally. You’ll be responsible for running our social channels and owning the content calendar, ensuring we’re telling the right stories in the right moments. You’ll partner with teams across our network to source, write and post engaging content, as well as support on broader marketing and business development projects - from RFI submissions and awards entries to pitch prep and industry events.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own the social media calendar and manage posting across LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Create, write and publish engaging content that reflects our brand tone and values.
• Liaise with business units across the UK group to source stories, news and updates.
• Manage and update internal tools such as case study libraries and creds decks.
• Support on agency events - helping with logistics, marketing materials and content.
• Assist with new business submissions including RFIs, credentials and tender documents.
• Track marketing and new business activity across the group, producing reports and updates as needed.
• Help keep our SharePoint and CRM systems accurate and up to date.

You’re a natural communicator - energetic, curious, and meticulous in your work. You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines, with a keen eye for detail and a love of writing. You’re self-starting, collaborative, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a role that offers real growth and visibility. You know that how we tell our story is as important as what we do - and you’re excited to help shape that narrative.

You’ll bring with you (experience and qualifications):

• Some relevant experience in a business development, marketing or communications role (agency or related industry preferred).
• Excellent written English and confident copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in managing social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, SharePoint & HubSpot is a bonus.
• Familiarity with the new business process and tender submissions is advantageous.
