We’re looking for a Growth Manager who blends analytical expertise with creative flair to help us scale our reach and impact, and drive more people to the right car, at the right price.

The role


This is more than a technical SEO job. You’ll be the growth engine behind our marketing performance, responsible for ensuring we’re visible, compelling, and converting across search, social and beyond.

You’ll own our SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical), manage our paid media agency relationship, and guide our approach to customer acquisition with a clear view on ROI. You’ll write sharp, engaging, brand aligned copy that supports both organic and paid performance. You’ll collaborate across DevOps, CRM, content, and the wider marketing team to continually optimise, test and grow.


What you'll be doing


  • Own and evolve our SEO strategy, driving improvements in rankings, organic traffic, and lead quality
  • Work closely with our paid media agency to optimise PPC performance (Google Ads, paid social, retargeting)
  • Ensure SEO and PPC efforts work together as a unified search strategy
  • Create and optimise on brand copy across product pages, blogs, ad creatives and more, with SEO baked in
  • Lead A/B testing across SEO and paid campaigns to improve conversion rates
  • Manage budgets and reporting for all performance channels, with a laser focus on ROI
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on performance, using insight to inform next steps
  • Keep us ahead of the curve by spotting opportunities in emerging platforms, customer trends, and new formats
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure SEO and acquisition are integrated into campaigns from the start

  • Consistently optimised CPL, CPC, CTR and conversion rates
  • Domain authority growth through quality link building and outreach
  • Scalable test and learn campaigns that bring in high intent leads from new sources


What you'll bring


  • Proven experience managing and implementing SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical)
  • A strong grasp of PPC strategy, including agency management and data led decision making
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with a knack for writing clearly and persuasively for digital channels
  • A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Confidence using tools like GA4, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Ads platforms
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and a desire to continually test and improve
