We’re now looking for a commercially-minded marketing lead to help drive growth, build brand presence, and scale performance across direct channels.
The Opportunity
This is a critical, newly created role at a pivotal point in Oakbrook’s journey. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can immediately take ownership of our direct marketing and social strategy—attracting and converting prospects, activating past customers, and building long-term engagement.
This role sits at the intersection of data, content, AI, and performance, and is ideal for someone who thrives on measurable impact. You’ll lead CRM, drive social content strategy, and support our partner performance funnel—bringing insight, energy, and execution to every stage of the customer journey.
You'll also work directly with Oakbrook's executive team, including founders and the CEO. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy at the highest level—and see your impact felt across the business.

What We’re Looking For
You’re a proactive, performance-driven marketer who’s comfortable taking ownership and operating independently. You’re just as comfortable deep in campaign metrics as you are leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
Essential:
✅ Proven track record using CRM/email marketing to drive revenue, conversions, or customer retention
✅ Demonstrable success using organic social (especially TikTok or Meta) to build engagement, brand awareness, or sales
✅ Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of key metrics in a lending or D2C environment
✅ Analytical and data-driven—comfortable using dashboards and campaign performance tools
✅ Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✅ Hands-on mindset—you’re comfortable writing, testing, and launching content without needing layers of support
✅ Proven ability to leverage AI tools to deliver multi-channel campaigns, content generation, and performance insight
