The Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Growth Marketing Lead to own and execute scalable campaign programs that drive qualified inbound leads, improve website performance, and maximise marketing ROI. This is a collaborative and operational role that will work with the wider marketing team to drive and execute campaigns, overseeing the events calendar and strategy, webinars, digital performance, marketing technology, and conversion rate optimisation. You’ll own the targets around lead volume, quality and pipeline, while playing a key part in the overall performance of the department. You’ll be supported by a Growth Marketing Manager, along with your peers in RevOps, Content and Customer Marketing, and you’ll report to the CMO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Project & Campaign Management - Own end-to-end planning and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and GTM projects—you’ll be the operational lead to ensure timely delivery, cross-team coordination, and clear performance tracking.
- Inbound Lead Generation - Build a powerful, data-driven inbound engine designed to attract, qualify, and convert top-of-funnel leads at scale using precision targeting, compelling content, and smarter processes. Design and implement strategies across organic, paid, and owned channels to attract, convert, and nurture inbound leads. Constantly test and optimise tactics to improve lead quality and volume.
- Website Performance & Conversion Optimisation - Own website strategy, A/B testing, UX enhancements, and landing page optimisation to increase traffic-to-lead conversion rates and support pipeline generation goals. You’ll also own technical SEO and the website roadmap.
- Events & Webinars - Lead the research, planning, and support the execution of in-person and virtual events alongside the content marketing team, including webinars, workshops and physical events. Ensure strong alignment with sales to measure follow-up and outcomes, from lead to ROI.
- Marketing Analytics & Performance - Define and track key marketing KPIs across all channels and campaigns. Deliver actionable insights and regular reporting, including lead forecasts and funnel reviews, to improve campaign efficiency and marketing impact. Work closely with the Head of RevOps to implement tracking mechanics such as lead scoring, UTM tracking and ensure consistency in reporting across the teams.
- Marketing Technology & Automation - Own and manage the marketing tech stack, including tools like HubSpot, Chilipiper, Webflow, webinar platforms, and analytics tools. Ensure systems are fully integrated and scalable, and be curious to embrace AI as part of the strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, RevOps, the wider marketing team, product team and leadership to align on campaign goals, messaging, lead handoff processes, and reporting.
- Budget Management - Own and manage the performance marketing and event budget. Prioritise investments across digital channels, events, and tools to maximise pipeline growth and ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in SaaS or tech.
- Proven experience running successful inbound lead generation programs and campaigns.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnel metrics, performance analysis, and website optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS tools, and webinar/event platforms.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence decisions and drive results.
- Experience managing marketing operations and/or marketing tech stack preferred.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
