The Role
As
Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of growth programs across key channels, with a focus on digital campaigns, ABM, and lifecycle marketing. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and partnerships to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate growth across our target segments—from DevOps engineers to platform and security teams in cloud-native organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, video, and written content
- Own and optimize our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close partnership with Sales—targeting high-value accounts with tailored messaging and content.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, DevRel, Sales, and the broader GTM org to align campaign strategy with business priorities and messaging themes
- Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, and performance metrics while ensuring campaigns are tailored to distinct personas and buying stages
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies across multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Partner with content and design teams to develop assets and messaging frameworks that power each campaign
- Coordinate campaign execution across digital channels including marketing automation, advertising platforms, and landing pages
- Leverage relationships with strategic technical partners to help produce campaign content and increase campaign reach
- Report on campaign performance, optimize based on insights, and share learnings across the organization
Our Ideal Candidate
- 3 to 6 years of experience in campaign, digital, or demand generation marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or DevOps-focused company
- A track record of delivering results across pipeline, lead acquisition, and campaign influence metrics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces across stakeholders, vendors, and internal contributors
- A strategic thinker who can connect campaign plans to broader GTM initiatives and business outcomes
- Strong knowledge of key growth channels, including paid media, email marketing, web, SEO, and ABM platforms.
- Comfort working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), webinar software, analytics tools, and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, platform teams, security roles)
- Familiarity with software supply chain concepts or artifact management
- Experience running global or account-based campaigns
