We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for experimentation to take ownership of our A/B testing efforts and drive data-informed decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working independently, ideating and implementing experiments, and delivering actionable insights to improve marketing performance and user engagement.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own and execute A/B testing programs across the website and various marketing channels, ensuring a structured and data-driven approach to experimentation.
• Conduct in-depth research and ideation to identify growth opportunities based on user behavior, market trends, and performance data.
• Develop and maintain an experimentation pipeline, prioritizing tests that drive business impact.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to inform marketing strategies, optimize conversion rates, and improve the user experience.
• Work closely with sales and sales operations to track and manage lead flow, increasing conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
• Scrape and process data using tools like Phantom Buster and Snov.io for audience segmentation and campaign optimization.
• Set up and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and other scalable growth initiatives.
• Analyze and interpret test results using tools like Google Analytics, Superset, and VWO, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  
  

About You

• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, conversion rate optimization, or a similar role.
• A strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to work with data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Google Optimize) and a solid understanding of experimental design principles.
• Familiarity with data scraping tools (e.g., Phantom Buster, Snov.io) and their application in marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo) and CRM tools.
• A self-starter who thrives on working independently, taking ownership of projects, and delivering results.
• Excellent research and ideation skills, with the ability to generate creative and impactful test ideas.
