Principle Accountabilities
We're excited to offer a diverse group of students the chance to explore three unique rotations within our company!
Rotation A: Product Safety Risk Management (PSRM)
- Support the management of product safety incidents, including gathering information, liaising with key stakeholders (e.g. Toxicology and Legal), and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Assist in coordinating weekly and monthly laboratory test plans, ensuring accurate and timely communication through the Regulatory Testing Process (RTP) system.
- Contribute to post-market compliance activities, helping to expand processes across laboratories, factories, and product categories.
Rotation B: Next Generation Product (NGP) Science
- Deliver high-quality regulatory science data to support current NGP defence and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives aligned with Imperial’s tobacco harm reduction strategy.
- Support the planning and execution of science and regulatory activities to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the strategic and scientific direction of NGP initiatives to enable timely and successful product launches.
Rotation C: Scientific Substantiation and Engagement
- Assist in the generation and review of scientific evidence assessing the Tobacco Harm Reduction of our products.
- Contribute to the development of scientific narratives, ensuring they are substantiated with science.
- Help prepare materials for internal and external scientific engagement.
Skills and Experience Required
- BSc’s degree in a relevant discipline: Such as Chemistry,Toxicology, Biology, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or similar.
- Analytical mindset: With strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities: You’ll work closely with diverse teams.
- Proactive and curious: With a genuine passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Adaptable and versatile: Ready to thrive in different roles and contribute across cross-functional projects.
