About the Role

The Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter & PolicyCenter Developer will lead the development and customization of Guidewire applications, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of Guidewire ClaimCenter & PolicyCenter application using Gosu and Java.
• Need to have latest version of Guidewire 9/10
• Architect and implement integrations with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Optimize performance and scalability of Guidewire applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide production support as needed.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with coding standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter & PolicyCenter.
• Guidewire Associated/Specialist Certified.
• Strong proficiency in Gosu, Java, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with Guidewire Studio, Messaging, Data Model, Rules, and Workflows.
• Familiarity with Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
