We're looking for a Handyperson to join our Ministry of Justice FM team based in South London.
Location: South London
Hours: 40 hours per week – Mon to Fri 08:00 to 17:00
What will you be responsible for?
As a Handyperson, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice FM team, supporting them in delivering Facilities Management Hard & Technical Services across the National Probation Service Estate.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Carrying out general maintenance such as fixing carpeting, hanging items, patching paintwork, and minor plumbing repairs
- Performing reactive and planned maintenance tasks across multiple sites
- Supporting site inspections, updating records, and ensuring building services are functioning correctly
- Collaborating with clients and team members to maintain a safe and pleasant environment
- Promoting wellbeing and inclusive practices across the workplace
What are we looking for?
This Role Of Handyperson Is Great For You If
- You have previous experience in general maintenance within occupied properties
- You hold relevant industry qualifications, including CSCS card and certifications like Working at Height/IPAF/PASMA
- You have a Full UK driving licence and are willing to participate in a callout rota (1 week in 4)
